Machine suitable for filling plastic pots. The pots are automatically loaded from the destacker onto the rotating head. This machine allows you to fill, dibble and release the pots onto the transplant belt. Machine speed and amount of peat can be adjusted to determine the density of the filling process. The easy adjustment allows rapid adaptation of the machine to various kinds of pots. Integrated electronic seeder holding drum system and “row-by-row” system. It allows high production work as well as many small sowing stocks of difficult seeds. The drum seeder has different speed control of the drum and transport by allowing to deposit more seeds per cell without changing the drum. The “row-by-row” system allows making use of a small quantity of seeds (naked or pelleted). The seeder dibbles, sows, covers (with Vermiculite/Agriperlite), waters and stacks. The adjustment of these operations and the speed of the belt are controlled from the touchscreen control panel. The easy adjustment and the simplicity in changing the drums, seeding bars and/or nozzles, allow to seed in different types of trays with different types of seeds. Product Brochure

Row-by-row seeder, electromechanical for easy management of small sowing lots. The LS7-2 seeder is the smallest equipped with a touch screen, which allows easy programming and memorization of each tray’s data. In its basic configuration, the machine already offers all the phases of a sowing cycle: dibbling, placing of the seed, wetting and covering: The tray already filled with the substrate advances on the conveyor belt, in the first station the dibble is made and deposited the seed. In the second station the wetting and the covering take place. The machine can be combined upstream with RC2 or RC7 type fillers and supports the installation of the LBI or LRBI dampening module downstream. Product Brochure

Machine with a perforated special belt to fill in a clean way protruding pots in shuttle tray. Thanks to the mechanical speed adjustment of the paddles, transport belt and vibrator, it is possible to regulate the density of the peat. This filler is equipped with an electronic control to load automatically the peat in the filling head. This machine can feed directly seeding or transplanting lines, thus eliminating the handling and storage of trays.
