A machine suitable for filling plastic pots automatically loaded from the destacker onto the rotating head which does the following: filling, dibbling and expulsion onto the transplant belt. Machine speed and amount of peat can be adjusted to determine the density of the filling process. Earthen pots can be used if loaded by hand. The easy adjustment allows rapid adaptation of the machine to various kinds of pots. Row-by-row seeder, electromechanical for easy management of small sowing lots. The LS7-2 seeder is the smallest equipped with a touch screen, which allows easy programming and memorization of each tray’s data. In its basic configuration, the machine already offers all the phases of a sowing cycle: dibbling, placing of the seed, wetting and covering: The tray already filled with the substrate advances on the conveyor belt, in the first station the dibble is made and deposited the seed. In the second station the wetting and the covering take place. The machine can be combined upstream with RC2 or RC7 type fillers and supports the installation of the LBI or LRBI dampening module downstream. Product Brochure

Seeding line with LR1200 seeder Very high-performance electronic seeder, ideal for large farms. Equipped as standard with Mitsubishi Electric® PLC, inverter, driver and touch screen. The top-of-the-range version of the drum seeders, the render shows a version where it is inserted into a sowing line, combined with the filler mod. RC1200 and peat/vermiculite cover with automatic recirculation. The dibbling system is a mobile plate, i.e. this moves together with the tray for a section of its advancement: this has the great advantage of combining the peculiar characteristics of the dibbling plate (modulation and precision) with a speed of 1200 trays per hour. The LR1200 is then equipped on the sowing drum with a brushless motor with independent speed from that of the belt to ensure maximum precision and modulation of the work cycle. The hard-anodized aluminium sowing drums can be with 15 or 30 slots. Stainless steel inserts are used for the smallest drilling diameters. Overall, the line has been designed with particular attention to ergonomics and maximum containment of the time needed to carry out the routine operations involving the sowing cycles. The change of the drum, the plate and the seed are therefore intuitive and fast, while the recipe data, managed by PLC, can be easily managed at any time. The irrigation trolleys are composed of modular aluminium profiles and have a standard height of 120 mm so as to avoid any type of curvature, regardless of the pitch of the greenhouse. The sliding occurs safely within the profile and without any noise thanks to the special vulkollan wheels. The system, thanks to the aluminium profiles, is light and easy to install; the steel cables and the water pipe are stretched quickly. The "full optional with touch screen" control panel is graphically intuitive and allows immediate programming.
