Product Description
RAW Natural Peat Moss is a natural peat raw material supplied without any additives. It is intended for professional manufacturers and growers requiring an unamended peat base for their own substrate formulations. The product does not contain added limestone, mineral fertilizer, wetting agent or other amendments. Typical values: pH 2.5-4.5, organic matter 85-95% and moisture content 40-60%. Electrical conductivity is batch specific. As a natural raw material, physical and chemical values may vary by origin, harvesting
conditions, screening and moisture level.
Storage and Handling
- Store in a clean, dry and shaded place, protected from direct sunlight and contamination.
- Â Keep packaging closed until use to preserve moisture and material quality.
- Mix, screen, lime, fertilize and moisten according to the final substrate recipe and crop requirements.
