PUMICE STONE
Pumice Stone is a naturally occurring aggregate for soil conditioning and aggregate for hydroponics, also used for potting mix.
- An excellent adsorbent with a negative charge. This helps in holding the positive ions. This will prevent the leaching of Nutrients.
- Light weight (650 kg/m3) therefore helps in the Aeration of heavy soils and, at the same time helps in retaining moisture in sand-based greens.
- Reduces usage of Fertilizers and manures by more than 50%.
- Prevents the leaching of Fertilizers and chemicals thus preventing the flow of chemicals to underground water sources & streams. Therefore extremely eco-friendly.
- Does not react with chemicals therefore very stable and lasts for a long time (at least 20 years)
- Very easy to apply, and can be broadcast or incorporated with the green sand at the time of construction.
- Economical because only about 1-2 kg/m2 is required.
- Gives excellent results in potting mixes turf fields and substrates.

Product Description
RAW Natural Peat Moss is a natural peat raw material supplied without any additives. It is intended for professional manufacturers and growers requiring an unamended peat base for their own substrate formulations. The product does not contain added limestone, mineral fertilizer, wetting agent or other amendments. Typical values: pH 2.5-4.5, organic matter 85-95% and moisture content 40-60%. Electrical conductivity is batch specific. As a natural raw material, physical and chemical values may vary by origin, harvesting
conditions, screening and moisture level.

Note: This TDS describes an untreated natural raw material. Batch-specific analysis can be used where exact physical or chemical parameters are
required.

Varsha seed starter and propagation media is a blend of superior quality Cocopeat, Expanded Perlite and Peat Moss. It is treated with homeopathic ingredients for better and consistent results. SEEDER LR 400 DRUM SEEDER MACHINE
Integrated electronic seeder holding drum system and “row-by-row” system. It allows high production work as well as many small sowing stocks of difficult seeds. The drum seeder has different speed control of the drum and transport by allowing to deposit more seeds per cell without changing the drum. The “row-by-row” system allows making use of a small quantity of seeds (naked or pelleted). The seeder dibbles, sows, covers (with Vermiculite/Agriperlite), waters and stacks. The adjustment of these operations and the speed of the belt are controlled from the touchscreen control panel. The easy adjustment and the simplicity in changing the drums, seeding bars and/or nozzles, allow to seed in different types of trays with different types of seeds.

SEEDER LR 650 SEED SOWING MACHINE
Seeder with an independent electronic speed control of transport belt and sowing drum, which enables to deposit of several seeds per hole without changing the drum. The machine dibbles, seeds, covers (with vermiculite/agriperlite), waters and stacks. The adjustment of these operations and the speed of the belt are controlled from the touchscreen control panel. The easy adjustment and the simplicity of changing the drums allow the seeding of indifferent types of trays with different types of seeds. The machine can be fed by a tray filler without making electric connections.

SEEDER LS7-2
Row-by-row seeder, electromechanical for easy management of small sowing lots.
The LS7-2 seeder is the smallest equipped with a touch screen, which allows easy programming and memorization of each tray’s data.
In its basic configuration, the machine already offers all the phases of a sowing cycle: dibbling, placing of the seed, wetting and covering:
The tray already filled with the substrate advances on the conveyor belt, in the first station the dibble is made and deposited the seed.
In the second station the wetting and the covering take place. The machine can be combined upstream with RC2 or RC7 type fillers and supports the installation of the LBI or LRBI dampening module downstream.

SEEDER LS7-3

The LS7-3 seeder is equipped with a touch screen, which allows easy programming and memorization of recipes.

SEEDING LINE WITH LR 1200 SEEDER
Seeding line with LR1200 seeder
Very high-performance electronic seeder, ideal for large farms.
Equipped as standard with Mitsubishi Electric® PLC, inverter, driver and touch screen.
The top-of-the-range version of the drum seeders, the render shows a version where it is inserted into a sowing line, combined with the filler mod. RC1200 and peat/vermiculite cover with automatic recirculation.
The dibbling system is a mobile plate, i.e. this moves together with the tray for a section of its advancement: this has the great advantage of combining the peculiar characteristics of the dibbling plate (modulation and precision) with a speed of 1200 trays per hour.
The LR1200 is then equipped on the sowing drum with a brushless motor with independent speed from that of the belt to ensure maximum precision and modulation of the work cycle. The hard-anodized aluminium sowing drums can be with 15 or 30 slots.
Stainless steel inserts are used for the smallest drilling diameters.
Overall, the line has been designed with particular attention to ergonomics and maximum containment of the time needed to carry out the routine operations involving the sowing cycles.
The change of the drum, the plate and the seed are therefore intuitive and fast, while the recipe data, managed by PLC, can be easily managed at any time.
The presence of the PLC then allows, upon request, the connection with the Company servers via Modbus TCP® or OPC UA ® system.
